CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
This qualification will enable you to become an early childhood educator, who contributes to planning for and providing educational experiences and care for infants, young children and school aged children. It covers educators who use organisational policies, procedures and individual children's profiles to plan educational experiences and provide care to children, facilitating their leisure and play, and enabling them to achieve their developmental outcomes. This qualification supports the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and/or the My Time Our Place Framework.
Graduates will gain the minimum qualification to be able to work in the Early Years Industry, such as Long Day Care Services, Preschool, Occasional Care Services, Out Of School Hours Care, In Home Care or as a Family Day Care Educator in their own home.
Training can be completed through a traineeship, independent one-on-one training, or as part of a classroom group (subject to demand).
