BSB42015 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

This course will be finishing April 2022 Leadership topics will be offered as Non-accredited training. 

The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB42015) provides developing and emerging leaders and managers with the necessary skills for middle management. It encourages them to assume responsibility, provide leadership, guidance and support to others, and adopt a problem-solving approach to a range of situations.

Units may include operational planning, customer service, interpersonal communication, project management, human resources, innovation, learning and development, and risk management.

Training can be completed through a traineeship, independent one-on-one training, or as part of a classroom group (subject to demand).
