Did you know that mental illness, including depression, anxiety, and eating disorders, is the leading cause of sickness and absence in Australia? Managing mental health is crucial for creating a culture of care that benefits everyone.
Youth Mental Health First Aid aims to equip parents, family members, teachers, school staff, caregivers, neighbours, and other supportive individuals with the skills to assist adolescents (ages 12-18) in navigating mental health challenges.
